What Everpin does.

A private map of the places, cities, and countries you've been. The journal stays on your iPhone.

Drop a pin

Press and hold the map. The place card opens halfway, so the map and the new pin stay visible. The address fills in on the first drop. Name it, pick a list, and add a photo if you want.

Pin where you are

Use your current location when you are standing there. You can also search for a city or a place and drop the pin from the result.

Photos on the pin

Take a photo, or choose one you already saved. Import geotagged photos and Everpin turns them into places, with the picture, the date, and the city. Photos without a location are skipped.

Countries fill in

The country heatmap paints the countries you've visited. The more pins in a country, the deeper the color, and you can choose that color from the map menu.

Globe, then the flat map

The first open is a globe. After that, Everpin remembers a flat map and the city you were looking at. Spin the globe any time from the map menu.

Lists in your colors

Sort places into Memories, Nature, Travel, Restaurants, or lists you create. Each list has its own color, and the pins on the map use that color.

Timeline and stats

The clock groups a trip by country, and by city when the visits in one city fall within a week. Stats count countries, cities, places, and recent visits.

The place itself

Open a pin for the photo, the map, Street View when it exists, notes, the visit date, the address, and the coordinates. Tap the address or the coordinates to copy them.

Nearby pins

Places close together can sit in one bubble. Zoom into the neighborhood and the bubble opens into the individual pins.

Private iCloud

There is no Everpin account. Pins and photos sync through your private iCloud while Everpin is open on each device. iCloud sync is included without a subscription.

Want the steps from an empty map to the first country? How to track where you've been.

Start with one pin.

The iPhone app keeps the photos and the private journal. The browser map is a separate try: places stay in that browser, and the link is the share.
